The first time we hopped on a plane with our son, due to a family emergency, it was in the middle of the pandemic. Despite the tension of everything surrounding that trip, we saw that our 13-month-old was a natural born traveller (and better flier than his pops). It gave us hope that he’ll always be that way. And so far, so good. These are just some of the places we’ve been.
This was the first trip. Necessitated by a family emergency. It was a last minute scramble to get a 13-month-old ready for a cross-Atlantic flight. But one that taught us so much - not only about traveling with him, but ourselves as well.
Less than a year later. And he’s still an amazing traveller. This was a last minute trip, thanks to a passport snafu, and yet it turned into a memorable trip to a country we’ll definitely be coming back to, again, and again.
A fifteen hour flight. A best friend’s wedding. A country that delighted all of our senses. And a little traveller that was right at home, even though he was across the world.
A last minute family wedding turned into the chance to see some of the ancient wonders of the world. And travel up and down the river Nile.
